i would say it's a zit/pimple/blemish-whatever you want to call it.
or it could be a botfly dug under your skin and is currently hatching eggs.

Sounds like a Blind Pimple. (Ordinary Pimple with NO head) Leave it alone and don't try to squeeze it.
It will disappear in a couple of days or get a head on it so you can gently squeeze out the fluid (not with dirty fingernails) then use a cream to stop any infection.

Sounds like either a very large pimple,an infection from a scratch, or a cyst of some type. more likely a big pimple. Use hot compresses and it will draw the infection out.

drink loads of water. and make sure your digestive system is OK. maybe you have a problem properly digesting food ... drink about 8 glasses of water a day, btw it is a pimple but don't worry
