OK, here is the headache routine:
First begin by massaging the upper trapezius (inside shoulders) and then working your way up the neck so everthing gets nice and loose. Then, standing behind the person, take your two index (or middle) fingers and gently but quickly make short strokes in the place just above the nose, between the eyes. Do this for 30 seconds straight. Then find the notch above the eye where the nose bone meets the rest of the skull and pull upward (on both sides at once) just for a second. (be gentle because this can be sensitive on some people) Then repeat the 30 seconds of the short strokes and pull up on those notches again. Then do the short strokes again for 30 seconds. End with massaging the neck again, this time from top to bottom, and end with the upper trapezius.
I know this is a little hard to understand without visuals but I am sure your massage therapist could help you out.
This procedure has gotten rid of all headaches for the people that I have done it to and I plan on making great use of it in the future....I know it will work for you as well.

Depends on what the cause of the headache is? If it is stress, temples, if cardiovascular neck where the arteries are, if arthritis, back of neck where the tight muscles are and so on. If it is a hangover, you are on your own.
