my right testicle seems to be larger than the right testicle, its not bigger by alot lets say 5mm in length. I dont detect any signs of lumps or i havnt had any abdominal pain, or back aches etc... im really scared, my right testicle also hangs at least 5mm below my left testicle, and like i said i can see and feel that the Ball itself (testicle) is bigger than the right one.

i feel really nervouse, and scared about it. what do you think this can be? is it normal?

please only give serious answers, DOCTORS or any one else who has had this experience PLEASE HELP

Testicular cancer begins in one or both of the testicles. The testicles are located in the scrotum, a skin “sack” that hangs beneath the penis. They manufacture male hormones and produce sperm. A normal adult testicle is about the size of a golf ball and is round, smooth and firm.

Cancer of the testicles is the most common cancer in young men (15 to 34 years old). A man is more likely to get testicular cancer and if any of the following signs or symptoms is found.

* A hard, painless lump in the testicle (this is the most common sign)
* Pain or a dull ache in the scrotum
* A scrotum that feels heavy or swollen
* Bigger or more tender "breasts"

It's normal for one testicle to be a little bit bigger than the other. The testicles should be smooth and firm. If you feel any bumps or lumps, visit your doctor right away.

You can contact your Physician and act according to his advise-

If you think there is anything wrong or out of the ordinary, you have to go to the doctor ASAP. As you probably know, testicular cancer is the most common type of cancer in males ages 16 to 35, and can occur anytime after age fifteen. Unfortunately most young men don't know that.
One testicle is always lower than the other, and one is also usually bigger, so that is normal.

Good Luck!

Good query! I suppose it's considering such a lot of females get breast melanoma, and such a lot of die from it. I am now not certain what the records are on testicular melanoma. I understand that Lance Armstrong, an athlete and survivor of testicular melanoma, has a groundwork or charity to elevate cash for study.

One testicle is larger than the other. That means you are 100% normal as this is true of most men.

your not going to find any doctors to give advice except to go see your doc. if money's an issue go to the local clinic. they usually work with you on price.
