Usually you'll grow to be the same height as your parents or taller. Female stop at 14-16, Males at 16-18. Take in a good amount of Calcium, but dont over dose, it leads to some random cancer when you have too much calcium. Anyways work out, or run a few laps every week or so. Work out, sports, walk and sit straight, calcium.

You can of course still grow. Your parents probably limit your upside potential, but you can of course be taller than either. Your logical range would be 5'3" to 5'8". You are bottom capped at 5'1", but you could be up to 5'11" without a paper being written about you. When I was growing up my 2 friends all spurted at different ages, and the one that spurted first is the shortest and spurted last is the tallest.

Females usually stop growing at 15 and often earlier but sometimes growth continues beyond 15 so there is certainly a chance that you might grow some more. Hopefully you will reach at least 5'5 but who knows.

Nothing is out there that will make a person grow more or not. Its all in the genes of that person. Anyone saying otherwise is just trying to sell you something.
If you want to know your height, the best average is to add up your mom, dad and all 4 grand parents heights. Then divide it by the 6 people. You will be within an inch of that height.

Women don't stop growing until they are 19-22 years old, for most, the change in height after age 18 is so little it's not noticeable. However tall you wind up being, the easiest thing you can do to make yourself seem taller is to practice good posture, head up, shoulders back.
