ok, I run between 3 and 4 miles a day, then I workout calisthenics (pushups, sit ups, lunges and etc, for about 30 min.) and I finish it with I circuit workout around the machines I have at my disposition. I do this around 5 days a week. Yesterday I arrived late at the gym so I only did the running part. Today, I did not feel like going, so I stayed at home, but I am going tomorrow. Am I going to start gaining weight?
I also get very paranoid about missing a day. Is that normal?
Right now I am freaking out that my metabolism is going to slow dow and I am going to get fat because of those two days.
