IF YOU ARE STARTING FOR THE FIRST TIME YOUR BODY WILL DO ALL KINDS OF CRAZY STUFF. GIVE IT A COUPLE MONTHS. KEEP IT LOGGED SO YOU KNOW WHEN YOU START, HOW LONG, AND IF IT IS HEAVY OR NOT. I WOULD LET YOUR MOM KNOW WHAT IS GOING ALSO. SHE WILL DECIDE WHAT IS BEST FOR YOU.

because you are young and if you started your period within the last year its not on a regular cycle yet it takes about a year or so to get on a regular cycle. you can have your period early or it could be late but your body is getting adjusted to it

You are still young. It takes several years for a cycle to regulate (some girls don't regulate until they are 20!). It is very normal.

IT's quite normal initially. I had my first period pretty much as you have had yours. It's not unhealthy...just your body getting used to a certain cycle. Don't stress about it/...
