My entire life I've been a night owl no matter what I do to try to change that. I am wired between 10 pm and 2 am, but in the mornings I am so groggy and fatigued. I've tried everything (going to bed early, wearing myself out, even pills to induce sleep, but no matter how many years I have to get up for an early job, it's always a horrible experience and I'm always energetic late at night. Is there a genetic reason night owls are what they are?? Are brains just wired to be either night or morning people?
