today i scane ultara sound and doctor said to me eyst here in my pelvis........give me plz right suggetion & tablet name ..??? i m living in pakistan...thnx

Your question isn't clear. Did the ultra sound show pcos, polycystic ovary syndrome, or just a cyst? If it showed pcos, your doctor will prescribe what he feels is necessary.
If it showed just a cyst, most will resolve on their own without any treatment. If the doctor feels that treatment is necessary, it is usually surgery so, again, he would recommend it. If your doctor made no recommendations, then he must expect that the cyst will resolve on its own.
Ovarian cysts are quite common in females and are caused by our hormones. Most also go away without any treatment whatsoever.
