my fren could't not control his anger and suddenly he errupts and he would explode into his rough action..and we as a class couldn't stop him..this has been going on for many times and the teacher's also could not stan him anymore..is there any solution to this?

he should be tested for gluten allergy. Gluten is in wheat, rye and barley, in crackers, bread, cakes, cookies, and many other foods. it causes terribly destruction and an emotionally traumatizing life. People cannot control all of their destructive and crazy emotions with a gluten allergy. Of course, that is only one possibility. But changing that for a friend has changed his life to being normal. Good luck. A doctor could check for a gluten or other allergy. make sure the doctor can test for an allergy before you pay for an appointment. They should tell you over the phone. Good luck. Your friend is dealing with alot of pent up anger from problems that he feels are overbearing. He is taking it out on those around him because he cant take it out on what really is hurting him. Often times lack of parental involvement or parental abuse is the cause. Your friend is in alot of pain and he needs a professional. I am sure that it is either a matter of time before he is sent to a councelor and then to a professional or it is already going on.

I think it needs practice.....he needs other ways to express his anger..maybe to go for a walk or do some physical activity
