I'm a woman of 25.My height is 5'5", and the weight is 75kg. I'm so worried about my figure in this size as it looks big. I have tried on dieting but it always failed coz I surrender to food easily. I still dont have lovemate and that makes me worry. But the mainpoint is I'm really conscious about my figure and I always wants to look good but in this shape, I dont think so.Is there any effective supplement that dont have bad taste for me to loose my weight? Is jogging enough? Help me,

I am 27 and am in a wheelchair and I worry about the same things as you and the thing it is normal for us women to worry about how we appear to others and ourselves. I think that exercise and a good healthy diet will help you to get the figure that you want.

im 32, 5'5 too, but weigh 8kg more than you!
i wish i could get down to 75 again, though when i was there i just wanted to b lower,
your only around 6kg overweight, that aint bad, u could lose that in a month!
i cant stay focused on a diet, but last week i brought a can of meal replacement milk shake ultra slim, and plan to start asap,
ive lost weight on this before, 12 kg in a few months, i just replaced 2 meals a day and never felt tired!
AND IF YOU ADD YOUR JOGGING TO IT YOULL LOSE IT FAST, GOOD LUCK,

This is my comment.....If u fail on dieting please think b4 u eat....
the more u eat the bigger u are. Dun depends on supplements only...do more exercise ..like swimming, jogging, yoga or aerobic.....
Lovemate? If he like you because of you look then forget the guy.....Wat if one day u gain weight again? he dump u or u run away frm him js because of ur size?

The most important is trust yourself.......doesnt mean all guys like skinny n sexy lovemate...
good luck

self discipline with how you handle food will definitely help with this problem of yours... if you are really bent on losing weight, dieting should be your first priority next to exercising... jogging is good exercise but hitting the gym and asking a trainer for workout programs will better your chances of losing weight the right way...
