If you can drink it with no sugar then it's the same as drinking water. 0 calories. the sugar is where your calories are coming from. with the sugar it's about the same as drinking any other sweet drink.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

A better weight loss tea would be diet Arizona green tea.
Has zero cal, i dont think any fat, no sugar, low sodium ect.
and it tastes great. Green tea is always a good thing for weight loss.

Only green tea is good for weight loss. Other wise, drink water. Tea is a diuretic, so although it is made up of primarily water, it will still dehydrate you.

I've always heard that tea was a natural healer, plus, as you can see it lacks in calories. The only thing I would watch closely is your caffeine intake.

There are other options that would be healthier. Water is one.
Tea is good though because it has antioxidnets. However, it has sugar, caffiene, and calories.

i think if you drank green ice tea it would boost your metabolism more... plus it has antioxidants that keep you from getting sick!!!
