Yes, its a hernia. I've had a few and the bubble when pushing out is a clue.
I don't know anything about the testicular pain, I'm a woman.

its possible - my hubby is having his 7th hernia op on his stomoch on thursday - this was a result of a huge cockup in an operation 7 years ago to unravel his stomoch after a his 1st op on his appendix caused a hosepipe kink long story short he exassperated into his lungs (build up of 2 weeks of fluid as the staff didnt seal his throat peice of properly) which resulted in him ending up in a coma in intensive care - for a few years after he had a very strange stomoch shape and complained of pain in his side where his appendix had been removed in the 1st op - it also made a funny noise if he prodded it - and felt like there was a bubble - just as you said he eventually went to the drs and then specialist who said it was a hernia the size of an apple - cause by the surgeons not closing the stomoch wall up properly in the 2nd op...he has since had reocurring problems with it -
obviously his is an extreme case but go to the drs as soon as you can because if it is a hernia the intenstines protuding through as a hernia can start to ''die'' off( in extreme cases) and the hole itself gets bigger and bigger the pain in your testicles also seems related to the hernia - maybe a secondary symtom - or if you have recently had a vasectomy this could also be related
good luck get it check though asap

More than likely...No! Its very common for heavy lifters to experience some abdominal discomfort! Yes, even after seven years! What you might want to try is laying off the lifting for a while especially if you've been doing it since the age of 17. Now my mom's the doctor, not me, but please...go see a doctor sweetie, cause you'll never really know until you seek some professional help!

It sure sounds like one. You dont usually get "bubbles" and "random testicle pain" without a hernia

Do leg raise. If it hurts, you have hernia.
