There is a way to get bigger breasts without surgery, pills or creams.
I have followed the plan & I am a cup bigger in weeks. I love how my breasts are now, have a look.

Each patient is a world so everything depends in your particular case. But I can tell you that during pregnancy breast tissue usually change, breast get bigger and after pregnancy or breastfeeding they could be a bit sagging, so, all the improvement with breast augmentation results before that could be lost after because of these changes. So I think that is better, if you are going to do it, to do it after pregnancy (and if you are planning to have more than one kid, is better to wait untill you pass that stage of your life to the moment when you are not planning to be pregnant again)
here you can read more about what I was telling you http://www.aestheticandplastic.com/procedures/augmentation-mammoplasty.html

Depends if you want to breast feed your babies. Many women are warned about the risk of disrupting the milk ducts with implants but don't think it's that big of a risk.
My friend is a pediatrician and tells me all the time that about mothers that are in tears because of implants that prevent them from breastfeeding.
If you want kids...wait. You'll miss not being able to breastfeed.

AFTER! If you have it done before then once you do get pregnant the work would have pretty much been a waiste of money, and you'll end up wanting it re-done or fixed, because of the changes your body, and breasts go through each time. I would definately wait unless you have the money to get it done twice!

I would think after.
Having children can change the shape of your breasts.
Also, if there are any complications with the surgery, it could affect your ability to nurse if you want to.
