so i just found out im gonna have a root canal next week.
im glad im able to save the tooth, its a pretty big decay but im worried about it sweeling. my appointment is at 9 am and i have a class at 2. i dont want to have to walk around campus and have people stare at a swollen face, much less have to explain to people why my face is swollen, its kinda embarrassing
anyway, ive heard stories of swellings and stories of no swelling at all so im confused
if anything, are there any tips to prevent swelling?

I wake up at 6
I go to school and run 10kms
I finish at 3 - I work out till 4:30
I Come home and im so tied that i sleep until like 8

I have had surgery on my jaw and have metal in there. They told me I can not do MRI's. But if I ever get knocked out and can't tell anyone, don't I need a braclet?

Why do people still listen to these people?

I think he is a nut ball along with a lot of other people out there. How could you hurt your children like that? Being circumcised against your will is the hardest thing to ever go though it will always affect my life.

I get really severe migraines sometimes on a daily (but mostly weekly) basis. I'm not very good at taking pills and when I have tried them they never really seem to help. I watch my diet and try to exercise on a regular basis but with no positive effects. My question is, has anyone tried homeopathic remedies or do things like goto a chiropractor or tried acupuncture? Any good results from that? Does anyone know of a pill or a shot you don't have to take daily?

What's going on, it seems to have passed for now so I can actually write this, but I fear it will come back.

I have itchy eye problems often times, at least a few times a week but never like this before.

Scratching it relieves the itchiness for mere moments before it comes back in full force.

It's pretty hard to describe just how extraordinary the itching is.

About 5 weeks ago i had a rotted tooth drilled and had a medicated filling put in. I am supposed to go back to the dentist on the 4th of October. My tooth was feeling fine, still a light pain, but usually 2 advil a day took care of it. Last night i was out eating and took a drink of my beer, and all of a sudden i had an intense pain in the left side of my mouth. Basically where the medicated filling is. But the pain wasnt just on that tooth, it was also on the top row as well, and today the pain is worst than what it was before i got it drilled. Any idea why it is like this? Also should i call my dentist or just try to wait it out until the 4th thats still in like 3 weeks. Im more concerned about what happened, like why did that trigger the pain again after it was fine? Now im having trouble sleeping again.

please im going to see a doc.fri but im asking what i think it might be
symtoms:
1)headache for 5 days went away but still kinda there
2)neck pain stiff neck never goes away
3)jerking and twitching..not noticable to other people..gets worse when i am still
4)pins and needles every now and then in arms and legs
5)joint pain in knees ankles and elbows
6)hands and feet constantly cold
7)fever for 2 weeks 99.7
8)very very tired
9)shaking

My father was recently diagnosed with nemonia. They found water in his lungs along with a little ball. He has trouble breathing and right now they are darning out his lungs. I feel like sometimes things just seem to be getting more complicated then better like his breathing he has been getting little breathing attacks. I had pretty bad acne when i was in middle school & it pretty much cleared on it's own but now i'm having new skin problems that i don't no how to deal with... it's as if all of the pores on my face are clogged! it causes my face to be very rough as if i have dry skin but i don't its actually very oily... i hardcore exfoliate whenever it gets built up too bad with a dry cloth... i scrub so hard that it basically extracts all of the dirt & oil in my pores... on the first day my skin is super soft & smooth(after it gets over the redness & puffines of course) but then i get peely dead skin & over production of oils which may cause a breakout... so my question is how can i prevent my pores(which are huge btw) from becoming clogged in the first place?
