On friday I attemted suicide by taking 40 - 50 valium tablets, I was taken to hospital and I amazingly survived (I was taken out yesterday). I spoke to the support workers and I told them I wanted to die because of the bullying I get at school (I'm 15) and I also used to self halm. Me and my mum were asked to go to school today to see the deputy head teacher and he said we will do all we can as this is a very serious matter.
But my mum just looks like she cant cope with all of this as my brother (24) suffers from depression, and she had to put up with this kind of thing before, its as if she is saying 'I dont want another mental one in the family', and she did say she shouldnt have had children. I know I will get support from these workers but my mum just wants it sorted quickly, finished and forgotten, she doesnt ask how I feel or anything and doesnt like talking about it, I just feel alone and always have done.
Please could someone else share their thoughts on this matter?

I don't mind where i the country must travel to, the surgeon must not be Miss Elaine Sassoon of the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital, nor Mr Ramakrishna of the Broomfield of Chelmsford in Essex. I cannot afford to go privately, but my PCT has already agreed to pay for me to go out of area, getting pretty desperate as I have been waiting for over 3 years.

I was told this was safe once in awhile. But I have been spotting for about the last week. Almost like a light period. I am on the second week of my second pack of pills.

Is this serious?..I have done this kind of thing before...continuing without a break. I take my pills semi regularly...meaning it might be a few hours late before I get a chance to take it...and rarely miss a day. I have been on the pill for nine years.

A couple of years back I lost my mum to breast cancer. A couple of years before that, my aunt was diagnosed with it (although she managed to survive)... I am concerned that I may be susuptible to it, and because I'm underage (17), I can't get a breast exam from a professional... I'm even more concerned because my periods have been really irregular lately. (Like, I'd have one one month, skip a month and then start again, but it would last for a week, when typically it would last only 3 or 4 days. I started when I was 11, so periods should be pretty regular by this point in time, right?)

Thanks in advance.
