In the arm is fine. In the thigh is fine (My preference) and in the bum is fine. The best thing about the thigh: The more you use the muscle where the injection was given, the faster the medicine will move out of the muscle, the less time it will hurt. My son had the shots when he was 12 and said they weren't too bad. He also got yellow fever which was okay too, but made him feel run down for a couple of days.
Bon Voyage!

Depends, some in the rear, some in the arm. Getting everything you need to protect yourself will leave you sore. I remember the first time I went overseas in the Navy, we got 27 shots the day we left the States and a day before we were on station got something like thirty more. Real fun.

In the lateral thigh. The larger the muscle, the less it inflames the area. Watch out for Hurricanes this time of year!

In the arm. No big deal. You don't have to get the shot.

Why go to a third world nation... find a nice resort somewhere where you are not liable to get killed.
