removal of precancer cells from the cervix. I heard its quite a common treatment but not sure especially to avoid crunches or not

it was done last friday, i played netball last night which made it a bit uncomfortable but i thought crunches might affect that area

Since it it not an invasive surgical procedure, you may want to wait a day or so then resume your routine. Best to check with your doctor.

Yes , avoid sex too . Are they doing a caposcopy ? If so you will bleed after . Just take the day off and rest . I didn't and I hemmoraged and had to get stiches .
