Well its not exactly in your stomach, its a churning sensation above "that" area. Its not exactly a stomach ache, its more like you feel like your insides are twisting together around your underbelly area.

period pain ranges from person to person.
some get it worse han others, some dont get it at all
its caused by scaring of the uterus.
some people describe it as being punched in the stomach ..like a constant pain,
i get it fairly bad, i have to take panadine forte for it as thats the only thing that seems to help it

i would describe it as someone with a sharp knife inside ur stomach scraping the walls of it with the knife over and over..not nice!

The period cramps hurts. Pl. take some pain killer for that.

DEPENDS ON THE PERSON. WHEN I STARTED MINE I CRAMPED A LITTLE,NOT THAT BAD. SOMETIMES I DIDNT EVEN FEEL LIKE I WAS ON MY PERIOD. THEN BAM,HAD MY KIDS AND THEY GOT WORSE. NOW EVERY MONTH I FEEL HORRIBE. CRAMPING,HEADACH,BACHACE,TIRDNESS,YOU NAME IT,IV GOT IT ALL.
