My abs and legs are in pretty good shape but my arms are weak. Dont just say : "lift weights" because i dont have weights in my house, and I'm 12 so dont tell me anything that will break my back ok? lol
Remember: I am a running and sit-ups kind of guy. I like stuff thats fun. Any suggestions?

So make some weights. Take 2 milk jugs and fill them with water. Use them to do curls. If that gets two easy, hold both jugs in one hand.

Find something else to lift if you can - a cinder block, a car tire's rim. Improvise here - it's a useful skill.

Find other activities and sports that make a lot of use of arms. If you've got a place to hang one, set up a climbing rope. Do pushups. Do chin-ups and pullups.

If you show enough determination at this, maybe someone will get you a set of barbells or weights for Christmas or your birthday.

Hey Danobou! I have a solution for you. Take Creatine before you work out, and do push ups off your wall, dead lift heavy things like, a couch or a la-z-boy, if you don't have weights. Although, it would be a pretty nice investment if your trying to get big biceps. It would be pretty fun to lift your couch while your mom is sitting on it.

Creatine builds muscle 3 times faster if you take it before working out. It worked maricles for my boyfriend, and it comes in so many flavors than don't really taste bad.

You can get it from walmart to GNC in prices varying from 10 dollars to 30, but it's a huge container that would last you a very long time. If your looking to build up your arms, buy this. And you convince your mom it's okay, take her to GNC where a professional can explane it to her.

Use dumbell for your arms and do bench press.
