My dentist recently said to mix 1 teaspoon reg. Clorox with 1 1/4 cups water and rinse with this daily to help stop Gingivitis. Anyone ever heard of this? And is it safe?

I just took my first dose of lunesta (2mg) about an hour ago. Im not tired at all, but I do feel out of it and I have a headache. The reason Im posting this is I HAVE THE HORRIBLE METALLIC TASTE that Ive heard people mention before! Anything I can do to make it better and how long does it typically last? Any advice?
Ive discovered one thing: chew gum.

I love being outside and being active, but I'm still over wieght, and I eat healthy. My question is what are some tips on how I can lose weight without it feeling like I'm exercising. I hate the thought of making myself exercises. I need some fun thing to do to lose weight.

I am 12 and i lay down to go to sleep around 9:30. I dont fall asleep until like 1 am. i try everything..counting sheep, counting for 100 to 1. EVERYTHING!

Well here is the deal, tonight I am having a hard time with my sugars they wont go down no matter what i do. I took a walk took extra insulin according to my plan, but they are ranging between 450-500. I took a ketone urine test said medium amounts of ketones. I am starting to have a hard time catching my breath, peeing a lot drymouth and not thinking to straight. I am thinking that i should proly go to the ER since all the stuff i am doing at home is not working. Does this sound like I might be going into DKA?

I know thta this is just another one of the strange phases in my life. a month ago before school started i had an ocd stage where a week i was super anxious i even had 1 panic attack. Well now, because of this phase life is just seeming to get weird and boring. Im losing interest in things. I think all of this is because sometimes when i think about 1 thing i get so scared its not even funny. I could scream reaaaly loud if i could. I think about life in general. and religion. How did everything happen. But mostly...eternity scares the crap out of me. How can life not end. Everything ends sometimes(well most). and then i think maybe it stops...but then how the CRAP could it stop. Thinking about what happens after i die and about life in general scares the CRAP out of me. Help me live a life without the fear. I just need to stop thinking about it. Any suggestions(and answer some of my questions)?

Have a filling in it already but decay was too much. Now I have extreme pain in my forehead and that side of my face and neck and I've had this before which resulted in me having to get a root canal. I hurt my knee 4 days ago playing rugby. The day I played rugby I didn't feel much pain. I could walk for the rest of the night. The next morning I couldn't fully bend my knee, but I could barely walk for the rest of the day. The following day, I couldn't walk anymore. I felt so much pain. So I ended up going to my school's health services, and now I am on crutches. I get to see the doctor on tuesday, so he or she will give me the verdict on my knee's status, but what do y'all think? What is it? knee sprain? broken knee? ligament tear? cartilage damage?

im 11. dont gimme any crap that im too young to be on this site, i dont see whats wrong with it. i'm not gonna listen to you anyway.

im really depressed a lot. i was crying in church today for no reason. im a girl. i took a quiz online and it said i had childhood depression. i told my parents and the only responce i got was "what do they know"

but anyhow i need a way to get rid of my depession. ive been waiting for my period to come... didnt happen yet. so im guessing its not hormones. but sometimes i think about getting killed. im not afraid of death. i wouldnt care if someone killed me. i wouldnt kill myself. but i am afraid of pain and personal health. not dying though. i have anxioties that my house will catch on fire and that someone will break in and stuff like that.

help me... i spend my nights crying...

I'm 14 years old. I floss and brush everyday. Also get teeth cleaned every 3 months. I have old plaque between my front teeth. I keep brushing and flossing, but it's not working. How do I get rid of it? Will it create cavities?
