Technically, anything over 98.6 ("normal temperature") is a fever so on the books I would say no. However,it is possible to feel sick when your temperature drops below normal as well .. which is what this appears to be. Everyone's "normal" temperature is a bit different (mine is usually 97.8) but to have a temp as low as 94.9 seems rather low. I'm no doctor, but I would consider seeing a physician with a very low temperature just as I would for a high temperature. Something might be wrong.

Depends on the person, not everyone has a normal of 98.6
what is your normal? If you know that, then you'll know if you have a fever!!! .3 isn't enough to worry about anyway! Oh! I didn't read that right, 94.9 ??

94.9 is not a fever because a fever is any temperature above 98.6. By the way 98.6 is the temperature your body is supposed to be.

Not everybody's body is 98.6°. Whether this is a fever depends on what your body temperature normally is. I can't say I have ever heard of anyone with a normal temperature quite that low though. You might want to check your pulse.

Are you feeling any symptoms? 94.9 isn't extremely
high, but it's above normal.
You might be coming down with what's known as "a
common cold."
Drink a lot of juices, and hot tea with honey.
"Feed a cold and starve a fever" is an old-wives tale.
(Maybe an old doctor's wife. But, still...)

No. The average body temperature is 98.6, and a fever is generally considered anything over 100.4 degrees.

It's practically hypothermia. (cold) Most likely you didn't take your temp correctly.
