something that has always worked for me ia a half lemon a hot totty and a hot shower and a sweat shirt and sweat pants and ten hours of sleep you will sweat all nite and feel refreshed in the morning

cup of tea...add some grated ginger into it and leave for a couple of mins....would be better if you boil loose tea and ginger together.... trust me its magic...homeopathic doctors even study the effect of ginger tea in curing cold....
