Medicare doesn't have any dental coverage.
Medicaid has some dental coverage, but it doesn't cover everything.
The only thing you can really do is call around in the phone book. In my area, more clinics than private practices bill Medicaid. It's also illegal in my state (and other's too, I assume) for someone to pay out of pocket for something that Medicaid would cover.
My best advice is to call around. People call our office every hour asking if we accept Medicaid. If they say no, ask if they know somewhere that does. They usually will.
Best Wishes!

The dentist will likely only take your medicaid. Find a dentist in the morning and call the office to see what type of insurance they take.

LISA,
MEDICARE HAS NO DENTAL
AND ONLY SOME, FEW ACCEPT MEDICAID.
THE BEST THING IS TO CALL YOUR LOCAL P.A. OFFICE AND GET SOME REFERRALS.
