It's the best of both worlds - vegetable + CAKE !

sorry, not really concerned about counting calories, myself, just really would like to have some of that cake!

if you ate some carrot cake, i hope you liked it. if you're gonna eat some carrot cake, i hope you enjoy it. but whatever, don't stress it. you can count calories, but if you're on a steady exercise routine and eat nutrional foods, a little splurge is not gonna harm you and might actually do you some good :) so..relax!

Carrot Cake is delicious, I must admit. However, it has too many calories, do not eat it, you'll gain weight

If you do eat it, don't eat for a week afterwards. Have fun daddy

I swear, it is depending on the cake!!!! But generally, I would say, for a standard 9" cake, divided in 6, one of those slices will be about 500-600 vcals, but keep in mind, it "is " considered a better for you cake, just don;'t eat too much!!

Probably that little slice alone had roughly 150 calories in it, but enjoy it your birthday only comes once a year. Happy birthday (:

I wouldn't really worry about the caloric intake in the cake...worry about the fat that you are consuming. There are lots of food out there that are low in calorie, but high in fat.

I would almost guess that it's loaded with butter, eggs, veg oil, unbleached flour, and of course sugar.

I know it's hard to keep up with fat vs. calorie...but if you are trying to lose weight, keep up with the fat.
