The ideal sleep time is eight hours, although some people get by on a lot less. You're getting about six hours, so I don't think your health will suffer. Besides, you probably sleep a lot longer on the weekends.

You're not getting remotely enough sleep!
You should really go to bed at 10pm AT THE VERY LATEST and get up around 7 or 8 am if you can.

P.S. I don't go to school anymore so I don't have to get up early like you but when I used to go to school, I would normally hit the sack between 9 or 10 pm and get up the following morning around 7:30 am on a week day.

Ahhhh. I probably get the same amount of sleep as you! haha. If I sleep for too long, I don't feel reguvinated, if at the least I feel more tired and my day usually ends up bad.
I go to sleep at around 1230ish, and wake up at 6ish. I know it's really bad, but I mean.. I can't fall asleep early!

i have to go to sleep at 9 and im 13 it sux.its cuz if i go to sleep any later ill end up waking up at 12 seriously its weird.myy friggin doctor makes me do that.sux
yea its bad for u.for me its imposible 2 wake up that early!if i go 2 sleep at 9, i cant wake up at 6 50 weird hu
