I am currently attending college and am very interested in losing weight. My studies keep me extremely busy, so I have very little time to work out (less than an hour a week). I basically just need to watch what I eat. My question is, what can I safely eat (maybe even in somewhat large amounts?) in a cafeteria to help lose weight. We have many different foods including the usual burgers, pizza and salad bar, but we also have things like fruit, pasta, potatoes, stir fry, omelets, etc. What can I safely eat? I know the obvious answer is salad and fruit, but I need other things to satisfy me. Help!
