I had a colonoscopy done on Friday and had 2 adenomatous polyps removed. The Doctor also said that I have an inflamed bowel. This is the third time that I have had a colonoscopy done in the past nine months. The Doctor told me that this procedure is risky and that I should have my bowel removed to avoid the risk of cancer.

When I was in the states, I was able to run about 2 miles (sea level), and was making progress towards 3 (all this after 10 years of no activity).

But now i live in Guanajuato, Mexico (1 mile above sea level), and my progress has been shattered. I can get a mile before I poop out. (The most I ever got was 1.75 miles).

So, it's definitely harder up here. But will I at least burn more calories because it is more difficult?

i know there is a chiche of english people with bad teeth, but i really think americans have an odd attitude about people's teeth. i completely understand why you need braces if your teeth look crooked, but nearly EVERYONE gets them over there!

my teeth are naturally quite straight, and i dont have any snarly teeth, my cousin in america had teeth just like mine, but she got braces and now they look super human. why bother, they were perfectly good before!

i recently whitened mine and now theyre the same colour as my 5 year old sisters. i think they look good, maybe even a bit too white, but when i went over there evry1s teeth looked so white they were glowing blue. the adults teeth were WAY whiter than childrens milk teeth.

americans, is this a fair comment?

people from other countries, do you see what i meen?!

my wife has these vitamins that say "multivitamin vegatarian hypoallergenic". I took one yesterday and had a puffy itchy eye.
does hypoallergenic mean people with allergies should stay away from that product? and where it says vegatarian does that mean only for vegatarians?

I have been having panic attacks a lot in the past few weeks, more than I used to and they are getting really scary. I get them a lot when I'm driving in the car. Sometimes I think I should just pull over but then my mind races even more and for some reason I get worried if I dont have another driver in the car that would be able to take over driving for me. I used to get them at school but only when I had to read out loud. Now I get them more than ever. Last night I was out on a date and I got one just sitting there during the movie and I just tried taking deep breaths but i kept thinking it was making it worse. and during church today I felt like I was about to get one. I dont know what to do about it anymore. I dont really have money or insurance to see a dr about this. Isthere anything I can do to calm myself? please help!

I don't really know how it happned, and I just want to know how I can get the swelling to go down as quick as possible, is there anything I can buy from the store that will reduce healing time, or any special advice you can give me on the subject of swelling and bruise healing time? Hello, my mother is bi-polar and pschizophrenic and for the past few years she has a severe outbreak every 6-8 months. The last time she went on a high-speed chase that was televised on the evening news. We take her to the county ward and try to make sure she takes her medications, etc. but it is becoming very overwhelming for all of us.

We can not afford to take her to a private hospital and we all feel like we don't have enough time and energy to take care of her and help her the way she needs to be helped.

Does anyone know of a non-profit organization to help pschizophrenic and bi-polar people? Maybe even a low-cost home to treat them? I am worried she will hurt herself or other people even though when she is in her normal state she is one of the nicest/greatest people you could ever know.
