And my face is really swollen now. I have two black eyes and my entire nose is swollen. I don't really know how it happned, and I just want to know how I can get the swelling to go down as quick as possible, is there anything I can buy from the store that will reduce healing time, or any special advice you can give me on the subject of swelling and bruise healing time? Thanks

If you want to know what happned here it is.... I was around a buch of "bro & bro hoes" if you know what that is. Everyone was pretty drunk and one of the girls got in my face and started screaming at me, her boyfriend came over and assumed I did something wrong and started yelling at me too and next thing I knew 6 guys were on me kicking me and one choked me for about a minute I couldn't breath I was so scared. I didn't know anyone except for the 3 ppl I came with and 2 of them got hit in the process.

I think you should go to a doctor or a Quick Care just to be on the safe side. Use ice for the swelling. You could have a broken nose.

Cold will reduce swelling, you can also use "Preparation H". It's a hemorrhoid cream, but it reduces puffiness. Vaseline is what boxers use to make their face more slippery against other boxers and to stop the bleeding, so that won't do much for you. You can also take an anti-inflammatory like ibuprofen, this will also treat the pain. Keep your head elevated when laying down, you want it higher than your heart. The swelling and bruising should go away in about a week or two, depending on the severity.

I would recommend going to a hospital to check for other more serious conditions like internal bleeding or concussion. You can also fill out a police report there.

The same thing happened to me in the south side of Chicago. My right cheek was swollen really bad. My face was back to normal in about 3 weeks. Eat healthy food, vegetable salads, and take a daily multivitamin/mineral. Do some type of exercise. An elevated heart rate will help the nutrients work a bit quicker.

now its too late to do anything about the bruising. the best thing you could have done was have ice on the area 15 minutes off/ 15 minutes on for atleast an hour. hopefully you did that though. now just try not to touch it and it will go away on its own.
feel better soon :]

Apply ice to the bruised area, go see a Dr., and get some anti-biotics, he may prescribe an anti-histamine too (reduces swelling)

Cold to start, followed by warm compresses.
Then talk to your family, pastor, police , mentor--- somebody.
The next time they could kill you, and that would be a real real disaster.
If you do not have anyone to talk to, go to the parish house or the convent door or the preachers house next to the closest christian church. Someone there will know what to do.

I would be more focused on why these guys would do this and I would call the police and report it. Use an ice pack. It needs time to heal.

Icing it on and off for about 20 min at a time may help.

Please, for your own protection, call the police to report this matter.

Hang in there,

You have already received good information on your injuries and I hope you heal and feel better soon.

Now you have to report this to the Police, while your injuries are still visible, and let them know what happened, and if you know, who did this to you. They should not get away with this.

Good Luck,

TMD

maybe you can try boil egg that is still hot and wrap it with a andkerchief. rub it on the bruise areas. rub till the egg become normal temperature. try it 3 to 4 times a day... My mum use to do that when we have bruises
