You're not eating enough food. Come on, who eats an apple for lunch? You need to consume at least 1200 calories a day.
If you eat 1200 calories a day and exercise for 45-60 minutes every day, then you could lose 2-3 lbs in your first week (depending on how much you currently weigh).

You may lose weight quickly initially, but then your body will go into starvation mode and you will stop losing. Then when you start to add more calories back into your diet you will regain what you lost plus more because you will have damaged your metabolism.
Please don't go under 1200 calories per day or you will hurt yourself and your weight loss goals in the long run. Also, make sure you get some protein. In the meals you listed, you have very little.
If you truly want to lose weight permanently, eat 5-6 small meals a day combining protein, complex carbs, and fruit and veggies and drink lots of water. Also keep up your exercise!
It is great you want to work to become healthier but make sure you are doing it the right way so you can get the results you deserve from all your hard work!
Good luck!

It is unsafe to lose more than about 1 pound a week. You need to decrease your calorie consumption or increase your activity or some combination of the two to equal about 500 calories per day to lose 1 pound per week.
Your proposed diet is terrible and will lead to gallstones, liver damage and kidney damage. You need to eat more protein, dairy, fruit, veggies, carbs, fat and calories. A healthy reducing diet has 1000 to 1200 calories per day and includes at least 3 servings of fruit, 3-8 servings of veggies, 3 servings of protein, 3 servings of carbs, 3 servings of dairy and a small amount of fat.
For breakfast, add a glass of orange juice or put fruit on the cereal. Have a midmorning snack of low fat yogurt or veggies sticks with salsa. Add a glass of milk, a turkey sandwich and 1/2 cup of raw veggies to lunch. Have an afternoon snack similar to morning. Add 3 oz broiled fish, meat, 2 hard boiled eggs or 1 cup of rinsed canned beans (chickpea, kidney, lentils) to the salad, drink another glass of milk if you didn't have yogurt at snack and add 1 piece of fruit to dinner.

look'em up in www.thecaloriecounter.com and it will tell you how much calories you are consuming. Find out your Basal Metabolic rate on Google and deduct the calories you are consuming from you BM rate, and you have your calorie deficit.
Add to that deficit, the 300 calories you are burning, and you have the total number of calories you are burning in one day.
multiply by 5 and you have the calories you burned in a week. It takes to burn 3500 calories to lose a pound of fat.
There you go....
