If I Do two laps around a soccer feild, and 150 squats a day, how much can i lose off my thighs in a week, i'm 13 5'7 and i65 pounds with huge thighs !!!!!!!!

You won't lose much in a week, no matter what you do. Running and squats are likely to build up thigh muscle, might make them larger.

You also can't spot reduce so the only way to smaller thighs is to lose weight all over. Your weight is healthy for your height, so you don't need to lose weight. Different people have different body types, you likely are pear shaped with most of your weight carried below the waist. This is a healthier body type, as far as heart disease goes, than apple shape with weight carried around waist.
