I want a simple small answer, don't give me a website or a big long explanation about it, just a number or if not that a simple answer. How old do you have to be to get laser eye surgery?

I got a 50-minute, full-body, deep tissue massage to help muscle aches and stresses. This is my first massage ever. After my massage I came home and started feeling my neck becoming stiff. And now, I can't even turn my head left/right because of the stiffness. Is this normal? How long does the stiffness last? What should I do to help reduce the stiffness?

Hi i am 16 years old and i have loose skin on my stomach beacuse i lost about 50 pounds about a year a go but i was working out hard well i am saying that i dont have to work my arms chest and legs only stomach its about 2- 3 pounds of loose skin or not even that much So my question is can i shrink this skin back in 1 - 2 year period with doing abs exercises ??

I am a girl, and I weigh, last time I checked was 101.8 but I think I lost a little. I used to eat 1600 to 1800 calories a day, but now I've gotten in the habit of eating 1200 calories a day because I don't excercise much and I'm wondering if it's okay to do that. And can I still grow more?

I have the opportunity now to talk about my past self-harm (I've now gone nearly 6 months without it,) in front of a fairly large grouip of ppl, and I think I should get the message out there that ppl can recover from it and that they shouldn't even start, but I'm afraid that the ppl I might talk to (who all know me,) might think I was crazy for doing it in the past. I really think I could do a great thing be talking about this, I'm just scared of how ppl might react. I could also write my speech/talk/whatever about it out and have someone who knows about what I did give it so I could remain anonymous, but it's such a dilemma because I want to get my message out; I'm just very afraid of it being known that I used to SI, as I'm still very ashamed of it and ppl might gossip or look at me differently if they knew about what I did. What to do?

My girlfriend only takes a number 2 once a week. I think its a problem, considering i go a couple of times a day. So, do you think she is normal? We tryed the bran thing but that didn't work, I'll never belive capt Kirk again!. Do you have any suggestions to get her cleared up?

( i already asked this question, but didnt get alot of answers)
i was at the hospital meeting with my surgeon(im getting a posterior lumbar fusion). Before a team of doctors came in the room, i started to feel really sick (like i was going to throw-up) and got really hot (my mom and dad said it was freezing in there). Also i was shivering alot, and got kind of dizzy. What do u think happened? If it helps i was so scared, and im a 14 yr old girl. i know i wasn’t dehydrated because i had my blood pressure taken, and they said it was fine latter that day. Thanks for all the answers.
p.s. my surgery is Wednesday, any ideas that the same thing won't happen again? should i tell my doctor what happened?

I normally have allergies in the morning but last night i just felt horrible. I had a stuffy nose, felt really congested, and kept sneezing. That lasted all night. Nothing is new in my room or anything and i normally dont have allergies all night. I woke up in the middle of the night and i was really hot. Now this morning i still feel really congested and i have a temp of 99.2. Is there anything to worry about or will this just go away?

my friend has been anorexic for a while already and she's had an intervention and she goes to rehab. she got much better but now she says she's fat again(when she's really skinny) and that she's a pig and binges and now she's throwing up (i dont know if on perpose) but anyways i dont know what to do! i've been by her the entire time and now i'm just helpless. i thought she was all better! i asked her if her parents knew she said they did but i dont know... and i know its not for attention because she looks terrible, she's tired and looks sick. i think she's starving herself again! what do i do? please i can't just do nothing...

I make Sweet tea. I use two cups of sugar to two gallons of water. I want to share this with my friend but he is diabetic and we can not determine the amount of insulin he has to take based off this. is there a link or does anyone know how much he should take. im not sure if i have ocd or not my family is always saying i do.
I hate feeling dirty, and i always wash my hands and feet,
my dad also does the same.
im a really clean freak, i love to clean
it makes me happy
people think its weird i like to clean
and my doctors said he reckons i have some sort of ocd.
is it weird for a 15 year old to have it?

I keep getting a cramp or 'charlie horse' in my upper left thigh, sort of to the back and side. I will just be sitting or standing and it will happen. It lasts a few seconds and then stops, but comes back every couple of minutes. It doesn't happen when I am lying down. I have some mild low back pain too but no problem walking, bending, etc. I've had no injury. I'm in decent but not great shape and my overall health is good. What could this be??
