Hi i am 16 years old and i have loose skin on my stomach beacuse i lost about 50 pounds about a year a go but i was working out hard well i am saying that i dont have to work my arms chest and legs only stomach its about 2- 3 pounds of loose skin or not even that much So my question is can i shrink this skin back in 1 - 2 year period with doing abs exercises ??

Since you're sixteen, tightening skin shouldn't be too difficult. Young people's skin is still fairly elastic, it doesn't loss it's elasiticity until your mid to late twenties. That's why you'll only see older people who have undergone major weight-loss surgery that need to surgically remove the losse skin.
So just excercise regularly and focus on your ab and stomache area (crunches and isolations work the best). I would imagine that your 1-2 year goal will be easily met if you do so.

Younger people have more of a chance of doing this than older people. It is certainly worth a try. Don't just do ab exercises. Walk or run or ride a bicycle. You should exercise as you are losing weight to gradually tighten up.

i don't know. I was watching the tyra show once and there was this guy who lost all this weight, but he was left with c cup man boobs of loose skin because of it, so he had to get surgery to get it off. So judging from that, I doubt it'll shrink back, but it'll look less noticable if you get serious ab muscles to fill it in

absolutely. u can do abs but best results u'll get from message. message ur tummy with a natural body oil such as olive or almond.3 times a day for 5 mins, u'll see results in a few months. if u can afford a message parlour even better.
