Strep is highly contagious. It would be dangerous and irresponsible to go to school. Stay home, get lots of rest, and get better first.

No. If you've been diagnosed with Strep, you have no business in school. Strep is highly infectious, and you will spread it to others if you're in school. If your parents know for a fact that you have strep and they're still sending you to school, I would quietly go to the school nurse to see if you can get a throat losenge or an aspirin and casually mention it's because you have strep--the school will force your parents to keep you home.

If you have been diagnosed with strep by culturing your throat, you cannot go to school, they will in fact send you home, because strep is highly contagious. If you just have a sore throat however, then use some lozenges and go to school.

No, of course not. You would never learn anything with streps hurting. Also, im sure no onewants to be around someone with strep.You shouldnt be allowed to go to school.

no. unless their unaware or irresponsible. the school won't allow you to be there either if you have strep because it is very contagious. good luck and best wishes.

After you have been on antibiotics for 24 hours you are no longer contagious. After 3 days on antibiotics, you should be feeling all better and can go to school.
If your parents are forcing you to go to school and you feel you are not ready, call your doctor and see what he/she says.

That would be irresponsible of your parents; I'm sure the other kids you're passing it to wouldn't appreciate that, either.

They may, but it is not smart. it is very contagious and you should be isolated and medicated and lots and lots of rest.
