Sweety the only advice I could give is to go see your doctor. They will probably have you go into therapy. You probably sat on a hard surface for a while. Try to go back and remember. Sometimes when I sit on a hard surface for a while that tends to happen to me. Take care and hope you get better soon. Don't pay mind to the insults. It's just people that don't have nothing better to say. Enjoy the rest of the weekend. Oh, one of the questions that you asked was eliminated. Now I would like to know why would somebody tell you to go kill yourself. That is very stupit. Sorry but I'm a kind of person that cares too much. And I'm concerned. Please e-mail me you know where to find me. Bye sweety

I regret that you're having a difficult night. I know what it feels like to have Pain in the joint of the hip. I had an accident twenty years ago and damaged the muscles, tendons and ligaments at the joint. I live it in horrific paying it every day.

It could be that you have the beginnings of arthritis. You will have to see a medical doctor to get a confirmation of this.

For now place a moist heating pad on the hip for twenty minutes, afterwards massage an analgesic cream. This should help take down some of the pain. Advil liquid capsules work very quickly on pain, take them four times daily for inflammation and pain.

The symptoms you describe can be caused by a vitamin D deficiency. This would also explain why 'vitamins' may help her symptoms. Your mom should have her vitamin D levels tested. The doctor may not know the proper test, which is "Serum 25-Hydroxyvitamin D". Her test results need to be greater than 75 nmol/liter to be close to normal. If her Vitamin D status is below the numbers noted above, she may need much higher levels of vitamin D than she is currently taking. 1000-2000 IU per day of Vitamin D is SAFE and may be needed to keep her blood levels adequate. Supplements need to be in the form of Cholecalciferol (D3) and NOT Ergocalciferol (D2). Best wishes and good luck.
