Research has demonstrated that people at risk for type 2 diabetes can prevent or delay developing type 2 diabetes by losing a little weight.

In many studies conducted, losing weight dropped the risk of getting DB II about 58%! Also keep in mind, healthy lifestyles also lower the risk. (Eating right, exercising, no smoking, etc..)

Hope this helps,
Shelly, RN

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.

I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

To the person above me, no type 2 diabetes does not change to type 1. Neither can type 1 change to type 2. You may have to take insulin if your not in good control but you are still a type 2 diabetic. There is no reversing diabetes, only managing/controlling it. If you have good control then you may be able to just control the blood sugars through your diet alone. But once diagnosed as diabetic, you are alwas a diabetic.

No,but it is possible to stop taking the medications through weight loss an very strict diet.Diabetes is incurable at this point in time.I could write a book on diabetes, but you only wanted to know if it is reversible.I wish it were because I am a type ll diabetic, and have been for 30 years.I keep up on all the latest research on this dreadful disease, hoping they will find a cure for it.

Reversible-No, Manageable-Yes. Even if you control your blood sugar under 100-120 as instructed, you will always be labeles a diabetic. It entails life style changes, including diet and exercise. Diabetes is devastating if not controlled. It effects the small end blood vessles in the eyes, kidneys and feet. Mak sure you see a nutritionist or dietician for diabetes diet education. Good Luck!
