You either have a head cold. or some other upper resp infections. It might be due to acute sinusitis. Or it could be a simple case of tonsillitis because of the fever; sore throat. Go and see an EENT specialist who might order antibiotic for you. in either case. Of course if the cold is of a viral nature; antibiotics won't work. It only works for bacterial infection. If it's cold or even the flu; due to viral infection, let it just takes its course, In the mean time, you should drink a lot of fluids Rest and sleep.are fvery impt.

It's common to have earaches for head colds or sinus problems because of the proximity of the ears to the head.

If it's chronic tonsillitis, which is an episodes of 3-4 a year; you might decide to have a tonsillectomy. before it becomes a painful problem of abscess; difficulty in swallowing; and involves the adenoids. Mine cause my to have layngitis ( hoarse voice) and pharyngitis( sore throat- with difficulty of swallowing) My tonsillectomy certainly improved the quality of my life for me.

according your symptoms,I thing you just has uri(upper respiratory infections)If your area or people around all have similar illness you may have Flu.Uri usually due to viral infection at the beginning then bacterial infection could follow.Ear pain possible due to otitis media, sorthroat due to pharyngitis and cough due to bronchitis all could just symptoms of uri or Flu.If you are young and has no other chronic illness;such as;copd, asthma, diabetic you may not even need to see a doctor just go wtc buy some cold medicines;Tylenol, cough syrup but if fever persist and cough a lot with sputum then should go to see a doctor. Most uri(viral infection) antibiotic not do any good.

you probably have a head cold, the doc will know what to tell you. and dont worry about the ignorant comment he is probably being so stupid because he is sad and lonley and has nothing better to do than sit on the computer and make fun of people he doesn't know.
