I smoked for two years when I was younger from about 16-18years old then my grandmother died of cancer and I quit. Im 22 and smoked for about 3 months and am sorry I started again and ready to quit. Do you think these three months could have done any serious harm??

Harm? Yes, but nothing serious

Ash, probably not, except for weakening your resolve to stay "quit" forever and ever.

Get a photograph of your grandmother and look at it any time you long for a smoke. I use a mental image of a friend whose death was smoking related. Works pretty damned well. Depressing as hell, too.

no, 3 months would not do serious harm. but, just quit again, and dont re-start. too much data out there about the damage to heart and lungs. the longer you smoke , the harder it is to quit.

even if you smoke only one ciggarette it is not healthy. it most likely isnt anything serious but i have heard that some studies show evidence that each ciggarette (or pack, not sure) takes an average of 10 minutes out of your life. Note: i am NOT a professional. bottom line, dont smoke.
