Everything I've heard/read about extra weight post baby is that it took about nine months for it to be put on it should take that lone for it to go off. On the other hand, I'm not worried. I've only gained 35 pounds. I also just recently read that one usually "loses" about ten just from birth. Eh. So I'm 25 pounds heavier. I'll need it for breastfeeding and while I do want to get in shape physically, I will continue to eat good, real, healthy food, as close as possible as what God made it. That's how I kept a steady weight before the baby, and that's how I haven't managed to gain much during my pregnancy. (For all intents and purposes, I'm due any day, but the 14th at the earliest.)
