I smoke about a pack of full flavored cigarettes a day, and I would like to quit smoking here soon. Notice I am not fully comitted yet to doing so; ) Anyway I was wondering if anyone had any ideas that helped them quit smoking? Iwould like any and all advice on this subject. The only people I DON'T want to hear from, and with all due respect, is the people that have never smoked cigarettes, because you can't understand the addiction, and I don't need someone talking down to me. I am 24 years old and I started when I was about 13. I did it to "be cool" Anyway I regret it and would like to stop. Any advice, ideas, and/or suggestions no matter how bizarre, I would like to hear them. Thank You

Maybe it's a silly question, but I've never had two pairs of updated prescription eyeglasses before. Is it okay to wear one pair on some occassions and another pair on other days? I have noticed that the glasses seem a little different from each other. I can see very well out of either pair, I just kind of feel like the lens shape and the focal points are slightly different. Will it mess up my eyes to go from one to another?

The same thing happened to me last year from a sinus infection -- I begin coughing for days, and finally, something finally strains in my lower back. It hurts to be in most positions, aside from lying down, leaning back, and a certain way of standing. Bending over is a BIG no-no.

How can I make the pain go away? I've taken acetaminophen, but what can I do to heal my back, in the quickest manner possible? Being out-of-sorts like this won't work for long -- I'm a nursing major in college in which my agility is necessary.

im actually very regular and get the usual cramps, nothing too painful. but i woke up at like 3am feeling really strangley nausious (just got my period right around then) and then at like 8:30 felt the same nausea.
is it normal? i think this might have happened before, in a past period. im always so worried i have something really wrong with me?

On Boxing Day 2006, my parents found my younger brother's body after he overdosed. He'd been told the day before by his ex-girlfriend that he was no longer able to see his daughter. I've never seen him so upset in my life. On the day of his funeral, my father had a major stroke. Athough he survived, he is now like a toddler. Two days after that, I went into premature labour and gave birth to my first child. My family and I are still having ongoing trouble with my brother's ex. They are demanding his ashes, and are refusing to let us see my brother's daughter! I am finding now that I have days where I just want to cry all the time, or get really angry at the drop of a pin. Can anyone suggest ways I can deal with this?

I know what is eye puffiness & dark circles but i have other kind of thing under my eyes smthin like that my skin is deep from that portion, that is coz of deficiency of iron,,, it gives a very tired, unhealthy & depressed kinda looks.... pls tell me what is this known as & giv sm of the remedies to cure this. At this stupid stupid dance camp i had to go to for cheerleading, my coach told the choreographer to stretch us really hard so she did and now were all in pain because were not dancers and were not used to it. I'm not going today because I cant even walk and i feel completely nautious from the pain. It hurts insanely bad behind my knee on one leg and the front of my thigh on the other. Does that mean I pulled those muscles? I really am like close to tears right now from the pain. Everyone thinks I'm sore but I've had sore muscles before and it was NOTHING like this.

First of all read the complete details before you answer and we dont need to hear any OH MY GOD thats sick because its not and you are just immature.

Allright ladies (guys too )i have a question for you, my wife and I have been together for 3 years and at first her aroma was nice and i had my own distict smell as well.About 4 months in to our relationship i noticed both of our smells changed and the were the same, kind of like we became one ( aww) and its a smell that is easily recognized by both of us and seems even more pleasent. I also noticed that one week before she starts her period the smell changes till the end of her cycle, but im the only one who can smell that one so i usually know she starting before she does. We are both very clean but im guessing its pheromones that cause this. My question is have any of you experienced this or anything simular? How about you guys?
