There really are a lot to choose from, just depends on your availability to go and buy the snacks, and whether or not your girls will eat them. Fruits & vegetables are always the most nutrious, and least expensive of all healthy snacks. These should be a part of not only meal times, but be the first choices for snacks. Peanut butter & banana sandwiches or wraps are a quick and easy snack to offer. Pretzels, cheese, yougart, deli meat (not prepackaged). You could cook chicken breasts and then cut into small pieces to be eaten alone, in a salad, and have readily available in your fridge for a few days. Just make sure that what you buy you control to portions of, and to ask and observe what the girls do and do not like. Offer a variety to them, or buy different things every other week to introduce new items. Remember to to lead by example. Children observe and mimic what they see. Good Luck!

Nuts, fruit, fruit leather made in the dehydrator (making snacks in the dehydrator they can help make which is fun). Dehydrated fruit without puree-ing also make great snacks. You may also want to consider fruit, ice & sherbert blended in the blender for smoothies! Kids love those, especially in the summer, as alternatives to milk shakes to keep mucus down to help avoid allergies, colds, and ear infections :) Cheese sticks are also a great snack for little ones, but need to be balanced with fruit or grains to keep the cheese from binding them up too tight in the bowels. Good luck!

Cheerios and raisins. The Cheerios are a fairly haelthy oat treat, easy to pack and eat. Raisins add a bit of sweetness. I use golden raisins, 'cause I like the color. Both are easily digested and keep well in a plastic bag.

Peanut butter on apples or bananas. I add sprinkles on the top to make it fun for her. Cheese cubes speared with pretzel sticks are good as well. She also loves carrots and celery if I give her ranch to dip them in.
