10 pounds in a month is very doable.
Obviously cut down heavily on fatty foods.
Don't eat anything after 7:00 p.m. daily.
If you have time, take 45 minute walks, or jog, daily for a month.
That should do it.

Try this diet two weeks before - it's strict but you will feel so much better after you try it:

Everyday you do the following (for 10 days or less - I lost 10 pounds in 4 days):
1) Drink a laxative cup of tea right before bedtime (Smooth Move and Yogi tea has one).
2) Drink distilled or purified water (2 quarts mixed with 2 tsp - Gray Celtic Sea Salt). You drink this water first thing when you wake up before anything else. Be close to a bathroom because within an hour you will need one.
3) All day you are drinking this recipe (anywhere from 6 to 12 glasses) all day, nothing else but water:
Mix 8 oz purified or distilled water with:
2 tbsp of Grade B Maple Syrup (at Whole Foods, Trader Joes, etc.)
2 tbsp lemon or lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1/10 tsp cayenne pepper
That drink is all you drink all day - of course you want to drink water throughout the day too. You can drink mint tea (occasionally to get rid of the bad breath). I'm just giving you an idea of the diet and I highly suggest you buy the book at any book store or on-line.

Ten Pounds is a lot to lose!Be very careful but drink lots of water and do lots of exercise (rollerskating is good for the legs and joggin twice a day gives you a full body workout really and also situps for the stomach)I would advice an online diet plan but they can be quite pricay so i would recomend just cutting down on what you eat 5 fruit&& veg a day and also eationg good foods.Try and include a mate on this regime this way it can be a social thing and you will have someone to turn too if your diets getting you down or you need someone to exercise with plus ifyou have a dog walk him for twice the amount as you usually do Hope this helps xXx

Heres what to do: Eat healthful, and no junk meals! Try to devour end result and vegtables their best for you and are delicous! Fruits---Strawberries,Pears,Pineapple,... Grapefruit,Cantaloupe,Raspberries, Blackberries,Oranges, and so forth. Vegtables--Green Peas/Green Beans, Broccoli, Cauliflower,Carrots, Celery, Corn, Potatoes, Squash, Cucumber, and so forth. Whole Grains---breads, pastas, rice, and so forth. I am a whole healthful eater, and I misplaced five kilos in a single week simply by excersing and consuming healthful. If you've gotten a candy enamel, check out Frozen Yogurt or Edy's Slow Churned no sugar further ice cream. I love love love pasta, and Ronzoni Smart Taste Pasta, is best and outstandily healthful(dont quite recognise if thats a phrase, tehehe) But I desire that is helping! Good success!

Use warm water to drink at least early in the morning.
Avoid cold drinks, fats, carbohydrates, spices and stimulants.
Exercise daily as you can.
Your power of assimilation seems better.
Sprouts + salads will be the best diet for you for at least one month. You will loose 10 lbs in 20 days. Afterwards you can add meat and exercise to maintain weight.

Use weight watchers portion control. I did that before and lost 15 pounds in my first week. Most of my problem was just water which with the right diet and drinking plenty of liquids will come off right away.

Right now i am only eating between 1000 and 1500 calories a day and have lost weight. i don't know for sure how much you could lose in one month but i'm sure you could reach your goal or maybe even better. it's really easy to do because you just count your calories. i eat lean cuisine meals and healthy choice and they are actually pretty filling. trust me, it's not hard. i love food so i know how hard it is to diet! but it's not really dieting. your just eating healthier. of course exercise would increase your weight loss even more. drink lots of water! good luck!

The safest way is to have a two hour exercise routine every day alternating your whole body, every other day. Stick to a diet of grapefruit, and cut your food portions into a quarter of what you normally eat. Eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner at specific times maintaining all meals balanced with rice and or other grain. Is important to only eat a quarter of what you normally eat. To help you in your two hour exercise routine drink lots of fluids, and fruits.
