Make sure you are eating healthy... Plenty of fruits and veggies will keep you moving without being weighed down by heavy carbs or comfort food... And keep active... Excersize can be a little difficult so take the stairs instead of that elevator...
I have also found something for energy that helps me do the Friday night out with my friends...
5 Hour Energy is a little 2 oz bottle of energy liquid...
It isn't like those energy drinks... It is made up of about the same caffeine as 1 cup of coffee and mainly a high level of B-Complex, Niacin, Folic Acid, and other natural amino acids your body produces for energy... It keeps me up with no shakes, jitters, or crash at the end... It only had 8 calories, zero carbs or sugar...

first of all, most people might automatically think ENERGY DRINK but that's not true. that would actually be the worst thing to do because of all the sugar it has. it may make you feel hyped up at first but you will crash because that is the effect sugar has on your body. Therefore, the best thing to do would be to eat healthier and stay away from sugar as much as you can. also try to drink more water. that would be by far the best thing you could do to have more energy. i know what you're going through because i have a son under a year old and i work full time. i recently started watching what i take in and it has worked for me. good luck!

I'm a full time college student, full time employee and take classes at my local Catholic church once a week...I feel your pain. What works is a lot of exercise and eating healthy. But if all else fails. stock up your mini fridge with those delicious Rockstar energy drinks and you'll be bouncing off the walls in no time!

The best thing is yoga. It can put you into shape and give you mroe energy than you ever had. People always assume that you just sit there and meditate but that not it at all. Its a great workout, and you can do it for 20 min. a day.

exercise gives you endorphins, and endorphins keep you happy and full of energy. Just go out running for 20 minutes a day or put your little girl in the stroller and go for a brisk walk.

this is probably not the solution you are looking for but they only way to get more energy is to exercise. Pushing yourself in cardio seems to increase the size of your personal battery.
