It depends on your height. The BMI (body mass index) is a good way to estimate what weight range you should be in.

At this site, you can put in your height and weight, and it will tell you if you are underweight, normal, overweight, or obese.

A BMI of 25 or over is considered overweight. On that website, by typing in different numbers for your weight, you can determine what weights would be considered normal for your height.

If you are a teen or child, then they do things by percentiles, and you can use this website to see if you're in a healthy weight range.

It's a tough question to answer because there is a lot that goes into the "perfect weight". Muscle is heavier than fat, and some people have heavier bones than others (not necessarily bigger bones, but bones that are more dense), so all that goes into the consideration.

Maintain a healthy diet (drink plenty of water, eat your fruits and veggies, watch your fat intake, etc.), eat several small meals athroughout the day as opposed to fewer but larger portions, and excersise (cardio and weight training to tone) and you'll be just fine.

Your BMi gives a good overall picture, but you need to get your body fat checked. For a female it should be between 15 and 30 % for a man 6- 25%. You can calculate your BMI and body fat estimate at these sites, but I would recommend getting your body fat calculated by a professional.
