lol.. i dont think it will make much difference if you starve yourself. You might end up looking pale, weak and not vibrant. I suggest control your diet and exercise. May be live on fruits and salads but do exercise, that might make a difference.

Probably not as much as you think you will since your body will go into starvation mode and stop using up any of that extra energy(fat) that it's storing. Don't get me wrong, you will lose weight but you will regain it right back the moment you eat and I sure as hell know you're not gonna go through the rest of your life not eating. Best way is to moderate how much you eat. Try to get around 1000 calories a day and you will PERMANENTLY lose about a pound every 3 days(this is assuming your body naturally burns the average of 2000 calories a day).

starving yourself isn't the way to lose weight.I starved myself too. not to lose weight but to punish myself for something I did stupid.so starving yourself isn't the answer have you thought about maybe eating less or excercising like taking a walk every evening by starving yourself you will gain it back and then some.

nothing, bcos your body will get the signal that it is not getting the food it normally gets which means it will hold onto and store all your have in your system and use it up very slowly in order to allow the body to survive, if you want to lose weight why dont you do it the healthy way...mnake veg and fruit smoothies for breakfast, eat an apple before lunch , each a salad for lunch and then an orange before dinner then have a high protein low carb dinner! more meals less in size and much healthier will help you to lose steady weight!

Probably nothing.....when you starve yourself....your body knows it and instead of sheding the extra, it actually conserves it for use later on!! By starving yourself you actually would not lose anything, but conserve what you already have. It is best to eat, just watch what it is you are eating!!

5 days? 5lbs- all water, all gained back- not to mention the tummy upset when you eat or drink something out- it goes STRAIGHT through you- trust me I've done it. Plus tummy cramps, as you're stinking out the restaurant/ pub toilet, and the frequency- you'll be up and down like a yoyo and may even not make it if there is a que- do it properly.

probably not too terribly much, when you stop eating the body goes into starvation mode and retains food for fuel, ie: fat . eat lots of fruits and veggies, stay away from sodas and carbs, eat 5 small meals a day. you might loose 2-3 lbs

the only thing you'll lose is your life. why dont you just exercise and eat healthy like a normal person? i hate to sound harsh, but honestly you'll probably gain more weight in the long run because your body will go without food for so long that when it actually does get food, it stores everything

Starvation causes the body to store fat, not lose it. So though you may lose some water weight with starvation you will not lose actual body fat. Clue--if you want to lose weight, investigate the enzymes and such in foods that help you lose weight because it is actually what you eat, how much and in what combinations that help you lose the most weight. Good luck!!
