First, the natural question is why you would be considering injections instead of daily oral supplementation in the form of tablets or tincture. If you have been diagnosed with a deficiency (ie B12) and told that you cannot produce the intrinsic factor necessary to absorb it, then that would be a reason to use injectables. Otherwise, use a high quality supplement daily and make sure you include quality whole grains, nuts, legumes and eggs or dairy (if you're not vegan). Many people hop on the bandwagon without completely understanding the implications of over-supplementation. Do your research. Start with good nutrition, then consider supplements if you feel you just can't manage to get what your body requires.

I don 't know what you expect to happen but i can ashore you that what you think is going to happen doesn't.I was given the theB-12 shot every two weeks for 1 year and i felt no more energy then i did before taking the shot.I ask the doctor why i didn't feel more alert energy something. He said that there is no proof that it does anything at all. It's more in your head if you think it works then it does if you think it does not then it doesn't work for you it's as simple as that.I know someone said that injecting vitamins will make you sick or make you feel like you have the flu for 2-3 days, not one time did i feel sick or get sick from the shots.I felt good only because i was doing something to help my body be more healthier

I mean this quite seriously... DON'T DO IT!

First off, if you want to do it yourself, that's the worst idea of all of it. Only a doctor, pharmacist, or nurse should prepare (or show you how to prepare) any sort of shot or injection.

Second, a B complex shot is a bad idea (especially compared to daily supplementation) because you are literally overdosing your system with B vitamins. They are water soluble, so your body excretes them as fast as it's able to.... but it's like trying to bail water out of a sinking boat.
Quite literally, when someone gets a vitamin B shot (or any vitamin shot), you feel incredibly sick BECAUSE of the overdose (most people feel like they have the flu for 2-4 days), then you have a constantly lowering of the B vitamins in your system so you have less and less of an impact. Within a week or two, some people feel like it's almost as if they never even had the shot (because so little of it is left).

On the other hand, daily supplementation will give you a more appropriate dose so your body can get the B vitamins you need daily and the benefits they give (energy, mental health, cardiovascular health, etc) without the sick feelings.

Why on earth would you want to do this? Other than B12 deficiency there are no other B vitamin issues in UK, except in alcoholics. If you have this type of problem your GP will deal with it!
