I am used to be 19 stone and 9 pounds. I am now 17stone. I seem to have frozen in weight, I have not lost or gained. I need some help to lose more weight. Does anyone know any plans I can go on to get my down to 13 stone by End of January 2008?

i know that is a wierd question, but there is so many things agaisnt the bible i don't understand.

like my mom thinks it's wrong because tampons go up there and the only thing up there should be a "man".

i use them anyway without her knowing, but is it really a sin?

i just made an appointment to see a psychiatrist for the 31st. just making the appointment sent me into a panicky bawling mess. im extremely nervous about the appointment and terrified that i will just clam up and not be able to discuss my symptoms with this dr. any suggestions on how to relax while im filing out the massive stack of paperwork that i know awaits me when i get there? thanks in advance!

My husband's friend who is married. Can't seem to talk to his wife about problems that his adult son of 32 has regarding his mental health. So he calls us at home late around 8pm and talks about his sons mental problems to my husband for about a hour and then leaves and goes home. Leaving my husband with a heavy load. Right before we go to sleep @ 9:30pm. I told my husband next time meet his friend at a restaurant not our living room, we dont need bad vibs, before we go to sleep.

I have been trying to lose weight for a while, but never really stuck with it. This time, however, I am determined! I have, for the past 4 days been eating between 1200-1500 calories a day. But, I just want to make sure, that its okay to be incorporating meat, and sweets that are hight in calories, but I'm still sticking to 1200-1500m calories daily. Im female 5' 5", 152 pounds.
