All my life..my childhood I have been cooped up indoors..when I was little I watched other kids play from my window..I am not even able to have a private phone conversation..I told my guardian to please let me out so many times. Even if I get straight A's they still don't let me go to the mall at night or talk to a guy over the phone even if we are just friend. And I get scolded for having so many black friend..I grew up with black people what do you expect..I have only been to a friend's house about five times this whole summer..last school year I seldom hung out with friends afterschool..I don't know how to socialize anymore..I used to be hyper and able to cheer people up and I love making friends and making people happy. My social workers advised my guardians to let me out but they don't listen and they lie to him I have been so depressed most of my childhood and I don't know how I will make friends when I am adult..my social life is over the internet only because im not allowed out

okay so, i already know i have to see a doctor, so i dont really wanna hear that, but, i'm mostly just wanting to know... what IS it thats wrong with me.
anyways, i think im depressed... but for some reason... i think i have depression + something else.
okay so , when i'm withdrawn from marijuana i get paranoid and i think people are calling my name.. things are talking to me... i see things/people from the side of my eye and they are NEVER there... i have BAD nightmares... sometimes night terrors.. i sometimes am sleeping and i see an exact replica of my bedroom, in the area i would be seeing if my eyes were open (for example, facing my dresser) anyways.. i wouldnt be able the breathe or blink and then i'd wake up and see EXACTLY what i dreamt.. its almost hard to believe its a dream. sometimes i re-enact what happend that day in a dream, except a few things would be different. i'd wake up, and think those things actually did happen. i cannot tell reality from my dreams.

cuz usually i dont eat as much so i alwayz weight myself lik every hour and i see a pound less and sumtimez it just stays like that till da next morning and you ll see that i lost 2 more lbs or more...so any details please..thanx

I just recently got a root canal done, and i was just wondering if its normal to have even worse sensitivity to cold after a few days of the operation. I can hardly breathe because my teeth hurt due to the coldness of the air. Is this normal? I thought a root canal would take out all feeling in that tooth? Please, any help would... help =)

My friend is the victim of domestic violence, and the abuser is an alcoholic. She wants to go to al-anon, but is that the right type of support? Will al-anon encourage her to work out a dangerous marraige? She clearly needs some type of help, and ahe admits it, but I just don't know if al-anon is the right place to go. Any other suggestions for help?

yeah so i can feel this bump on my throat that has been there for a pretty long time [like 3 months?]. my friend's mom is a nurse and she recomended getting it checked out just in case it's somehting bad, but i'm kinda scared to. its located near where a male's adam's apple would be, but higher. i can't see it if i tilt my head back, but i can feel it. its a hard, oval-shaped bump. any ideas of what it might be before i go to a doctor's?

I've got a little extra padding which I'm trying to work off. I've read that bigger guys don't produce as much testosterone and need to take supplements to bring their levels up and help with weight loss. Does anyone have experience with the supplement? Does it help? Hurt?

the grocery store, my pressure was 180/79. My blood pressure has always been perfect until now. I am 54. I am 20 pounds overweight and working on losing it. I drink alot of caffeinated soda - could this suddenly be affecting it? I have a doctor's appt. Tues. to get it checked out.

I have recently started to change my eating and exercize habbits to get healthier, but my biggest problem seems to be that I am most hungry in the evenings. I get extremely ravenous even though I will eat breakfast, lunch, and a snack. Eating healthy in the day time is easy for me and I do not struggle with it but at night I fight against the "unhealthy food snack monster" does anyone have any healthy suggestions to help stop this? It really is important to me to get healthier.

For the past two days I have been playing video games way more than normal. I plan to go back to a healthy amount after I accomplish a personal goal (I estimate it will take another 2 days of trying), my gameplay isn't optimum when I have hand ache, but if I take a short break I a long acquired sence of relaxation that also makes me suffer.

(If you want to know I'm trying to beat Chapter 1 in F-zero on very hard)

My right eye sees perfectly (I think) and my left is not so good. I was just wondering does an eye doctor ever prescribe just ONE contact lens?

Often I hear weird noises that aren't actually happening and I see objects, people, or animals that aren't actually there. Sometimes it's disturbing, too; I'll see skeletons (which scare me so much, I don't know why) or a relative that is dying or has passed away. It's getting a little freaky. I also get chronic headaches that are there one minute and gone the next. What's going on with me?

I was diagnosed with Endometriosis 2 years ago. My first surgery (laparoscopy) was both diagnostic and therapeutic. I was relatively pain-free following the surgery for a little over a year. My 2nd laparoscopy was done earlier this year because I was in severe pain (pelvic, leg, and lower back). It got to be so unbearable that I began having difficulty walking. After the 2nd laparoscopy, the pain seemed better, but not totally gone. Over the past 2 weeks the pain has been severe.

I'm just wondering if there are other women who have dealt with this (or are going through this now) and can maybe shed some light on things for me.

husband been in rehab, and now in an out-patient program. Has been clean for a lil over a month. He never told me about this random drug test he had last Monday, until this last Thursday when he came home from a meeting, saying he failed Mondays drug test, he tested positive for Valium. He says he has not taken any. He is a medic, and he says he had a valve to break on him with Valium...but he didn't think that would have caused it, he also says sometimes what u eat can cause a test to show positive. In my mind I am thinking this are all excuses... Can someone medical trained tell me if any of this is possible or may have gone through this and know? I do know his choice of drugs was NOT Valium..it was opiates...yes I know that makes no difference...but it does make his side look a lil more convincing which is why I am asking is any of those stories possible?
