You need some help...don't focus on the numbers so much, just look and feel good. Not eating is not the way to lose weight. You need to eat small meals and healthy meals. This question sounds like it comes from an anorexic person, and for your sake I hope you aren't, but if so please get some help.

I know how difficult an coming out of an eating disorder is and I really think you are recovering extremly well, (I'm 17 too) Personally I believe this is an very nutrient rich, balanced diet and your teaming it up with a great exercise program. You are a little under weight still, but this might be fine for your small frame. I know better than anyone that every person is different, not everyone is the perfect weight for thier height, it depends on so many environmental and internal factors. Anyway, I do believe you will maintain your weight but thats not really the point, I believe you will obtain a variety of essential nutrients through this type of diet and honestly you will be glowing. If you do feel you should put on weight, my advice is to substitute the low fat yogurt for full yogurt. But only if you feel it is right for your body. Well done, and good luck in life.

The first 5 lbs of weight loss is water so no you won't be losing 2 lbs per day really - it will just go back on again the next time you eat normally. Please don't be that concerned with your weight. I have been anorexic and it is horrible and hard to get out of. You will stay slim if you eat when you are hungry - some days I eat a lot and some days I don't but I always mentain my weight. Throw away those scales!

Not Eating is not the soultion to any weight loss that you may want to achieve. That's one of the worst things you could do. Most likely you will gain back the weight and then some.
Believe it or not i stumbled upon this website in my quest to lose weight and then I read about a patch diet called the "Apple Patch Diet" and now My husband can’t get over how quickly I’ve seen results on the Apple Patch Diet. He also commented that I’ve had a lot more energy and wants to try the diet with me! Not only am I losing weight but my husband and I are able to share this positive experience!”

If I do not eat for a full day, I could easily loose 3 pounds. However, I would probably not loose anything if I tried it for a second day as my body would go into "famine mode" and shut down all but the essentials. If you want to loose weight, and keep it off, follow the OLD Weight Watchers points program. It will have you losing 1-2 pounds a week. That is sustainable.

You will lose water weight. Abd slow down your metabolism.
You can lose 2 lbs in 1 to 2 weeks just by eating only complex carbs, lean meat, and lots of veggies everyday. It will make your meals low caloried and yet filling and healthy.
Do brisk walking. They are great for burning body and tummy fats.
I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year.
Details such as my experience, meals, recipes, walking as an exercise and to shape the body etc etc, are in my blog.

see count calories first..buy a book which tells you this,or a rule of thumb is all tasty meals have 400 + cals each 100 gms!!heavy foods like milk products cheeses oils, increase cals.Burn cals by exercises heavy ones burn 400 cals per one hour non stop exercise...Eat less say NO !!! so be in 200 cals deficit each day compared to what you need as a human body..2000 cals for active youth minus 1600 you have eaten today..so you are in 400 deficit..add this and go for aparty or sin foods once awhile..so net you are in 500 cals deficit per day equals 3500 per week =1 pound fat loss, count thus..sounds easy difficult to implement..unless will powered...well all the best..i hope you are actually overweight and not anorexic low weight person beware...
