I drink about 4 , 150 calorie Pepsi's a day, I usually eat carrots, and I have 1-2 meals because I'm never really that hungry & I'M 15. I don't understand because I am 158 pounds and I am 5 ft. I was 159 but I lost 1 pound within a month only exercising 1 time. How many calories should I eat if I want to loose 10-15 pounds in a month? How many calories should I try to burn so I can lose 10-15 pounds a month?
I thought about taking xenical , along with exercising 5 times a week, but I don't know if that is safe. Please help! Thanks
