Eating less is not exactly the best way.
Eating properly is the best way.
We tend to eat more than we need.
A balance between protein and carbohydrates is the best
The best balance for a male your size is
3 meals a day with a balance of 15grams of protein to 60grams of carbs per meal
I like to eat my meals at least 6 hours apart on a schedule
with a 15 to 18 gram snack at the 3 hour marks inbetween
I also exercise twice a day with I have worked my way up to 5 miles a period when I walk/jog. Started my plan with 1 mile brisk walk. Also do a video aerobic workout sometimes just to mix it up
I use US measurements I started at 245 pounds down to 185 pounds now enjoying live a little better now

hope my suggestions help
I am adding... I converted my weight
I was 111kg and am now 84kg

If the fat is mainly around your waist and your arms and legs are closer to "normal" size, pick up a copy of a book called "The Yeast Connection", and follow the directions.
If you are more fat all over and not just through the waistline, start walking around the block twice a day, at a brisk pace, rain or shine. Eat a good breakfast of a fruit smoothy protein shake or a single serving (3/4cup) of all-bran cereal, with some(6 to 8oz.) fat-free plain yoghurt and 1 piece of fruit, like apples or pears, peaches or citrus fruit. Have it with a cup of caffeine free tea and a multi-vitamin.(Ask your doctor about what multi-vitamin to take, and get his/her go ahead on the dietary change.)
For lunch, have a large bowl of salad with olive oil and lemon juice dressing, bell peppers, and the green part of some spring onions, maybe a few pitted olives. If you have meat, have it with the fat cut off, or the skin removed.
Try roasting a chicken with a cut up lemon, lime or orange in the cavity. Roast him on his back so the breast will be moist, then take off ALL the visible fat and skin and THROW IT AWAY or give it to your cat. One chicken should make four servings.
Have another cup of caffeine free tea or some water with lemon juice.
For supper, have another large salad, perhaps with a nice piece of baked cod or red snapper, maybe some boiled shrimp for a change of pace. If you can get fresh, wild salmon, have that. Or if you can get a whole wild salmon, scale him and wipe olive oil inside his cavity. Cut up onions and bell peppers, tomatoes and olives, black or green, doesn't matter, with some pressed or diced garlic and a bit of black pepper. Wrap him up in foil and seal him well. Then bake at 350F. for about 30-45 minutes, or until you can smell him and when you press him with a fork, he flakes easily. Then serve him over a small bit (1/2 to 3/4 cup) of brown or wild rice, boiled without fat. Serve with that nice salad and it's yummy!
Between meals, drink plenty of water with lemon juice instead of snacking. Avoid caffeinated drinks. NO alcohol! Did you know alcohol can be over 100 calories per shot? That can really add up on you! No desserts, either. Let a nice walk around the block be your dessert.
You can do this. If you can find a friend who also wishes to release some excess weight and form a support system.
Best wishes!

I think 6 foot and 75 kgs is a bit on the light side but if you want to lose weight, change your diet...no salts, no fats, no sugars, reduce your carb intake, drink a lot of water and get a lot of cardio...swim if you can...your diet is the key...
